When will home visits face to face lessons be permitted?

Can I ask if the exam board will only take students old or young only if they have had the vaccine?     Considering that the vaccine is not 100%  protective.

Given that it seems that August is the very earliest that under 18s will be offered the vaccine, that would be a very discriminatory policy against young people, and under 18s take ABRSM exams in far greater numbers than other age groups. So I can't believe they would do this, although insisting on a vaccine OR negative test result, might be the sort of thing that is considered.
