I am now finding the time to practice playing a note on the flute in the second octave which is the note E.   It is hard but it is the next exercise in the book that I am working through.   And I thought the flute was getting easier.   It is if I do not change to higher octaves.    Boy oh boy

^^ Yup, much easier on a piano, changing octaves!! Enjoy the challenge!

Meanwhile, finally, my lessons will resume! Starts on 2 September, I can't wait!

My clarinet lessons have continued over the summer but will be having a week off for bank holiday.

It's not as though either me or my teacher had anywhere else to go.

No summer break for me my lessons have continued uninterrupted via face time. I also got my G7 piano exam in June using the graded recorded exam with LCM. I was due to take it in March so was more than ready, first time away from AB but so glad I did it and could move forward. Still don’t know what’s happening to the theory exams as I’m also ready for G7 theory but in no rush for that. Hope everyone is well and still enjoying playing xx
