I've just had a small op to remove a couple of ganglion cysts on my RH third finger. (Well, it looked like a couple but the orthopod found a whole crop!) So I've got a couple of weeks til the stitches and cast are removed, and then probably another week or two til the finger is back to normal.
So, it's easy to think of lots of exercisy stuff to do with the LH, and using ideas from Grossi and Friou etc. I also just found some studies by Snoer on IMSLP to look at. But apart from playing just the melody line of pieces with the LH and incorporating a few harmonies, are there any specfically composed easyish pieces anyone knows? There's quite a bit of fiendishly advanced piano literature but I haven't come across anything harpy.

One of Andres's Ribambelles (no. 2 I think) has a section where the melody is in the LH. Sorry for not being more helpful!

Good luck with your recovery.
