I was wondering, what grade would Liszt's Consolation no.3 be if it were given one?

The Pearson booklet (2015) gives it as being grade 7.

It was on the AB Grade 8 syllabus for 2009-10  :)

I think it's borderline Grade 7 - 8 but Grade 8 for an assured performance.

Yes I concur with Agricola. I often play it. I'd say a difficult Grade 7 or less demanding Grade 8. Consolation No 1 is also around Grade 7.
