Just cooking up some bread for the birds, made with 2016 flour and 2017 yeast, wild bird seed, chicken layers' pellets and layers' meal - waiting to see if the dough rises!

Edit: It didn't. No bird has gone near the bullet proof bakery so far....(even though I broke it up and soaked it all in water first).

Edit 2: Crows are now going off with it. I hope they don't get poorly giblets!

If you have squirrels, they will probably grab what the birds don’t eat!

We do - and deer, foxes, and helpful neighbours both sides both of whom have chainsaws! :) We'll see what's left tomorrow morning - it's going to be a cold night so I bet it will all be gone.

Now they're all wondering why they have a touch of indigestion.

I love my crows and magpies! None of this whinging by a certain TV patisserie competition judge "Oh I'm so very disappointed that your mille feuilles are too big". A magpie could soon get over that!
