The thought of no 5am start tomorrow.   Or ever again!

:woot:

Or only when *you* want to. We do 5am starts for a walk with The Collie - in summer when it's light enough. And it's wonderful. But no one makes us do it. We do it for love! :) Enjoy your lie ins!  They've been earned!!!

Well done - I wouldn't have lasted a week at those hours, even without the windowless room element.

My Saturday start is 10.00am, from home, and that still feels a bit on the early side. Enjoy your special leisurely Saturdays  :)

Our blackberries are beginning to ripen. :)

That shows the difference in climate between St Andrews here and the Hebrides!  Here they are almost all over.

I have 5.30 alarm on my two uni days...

I went to the Photography Show at the NEC yesterday - first one since spring 2019 (it's usually in Feb/Mar). Avoided major purchases, but did get some bits and pieces. Most expensive was a 10 stop neutral density filter... I seriously thought about an A2 printer.... but.... it takes 12 ink tanks at £40 each to fill... so, no...

Yes, isn't it?! I'm going to practise some fingering and super easy stuff this week just to get my fingers to stretch that tinsy bit further - they need to!

Receiving a parcel that made me smile from start to finish - from the way I was titled on the envelope, through the showers of shiny confetti that went everywhere when I opened the card, to the heartfelt message within the card, to the absolutely BRILLIANT notebook which makes me chuckle every time I look at it...(Bagpuss, an erstwhile forum member and myself have already filled a couple of pages but I can't upset forum sensibilities by stating the message on the front cover  ).

Thank you, Rhapsody Angel

There's nothing like a thoughtful gift for raising the spirit!

Amazing mist... lots of it. It cleared by the time we did the return walk but even so, it was impressive.
