I worry about the possible Spoonerisms that could arise if one got one's "sharps and flats" muddled up. blush.gif

I read that too! Possibly because I had just been looking at the course page for the intro programming class I plan to take this semester... wacko.gif

What about thinking that you misread a title but turns out you didn't? I thought that I'd misread "Natasha's Hedgehog" but I hadn't. (It's about a piece by that name)

For many years I thought the Big Yellow Self Storage Company was the Big Yellow Shelf Storage Company, and wondered why people felt the need to store shelves.

Spotted on TV news this morning, someone holding a placard in which I caught some of the words as 'Spanking in Public' -it was in fact 'speaking'

I apologise for going off topic but I sent a text to a fellow vioininst asking how to deal with the problem of bow bounce and predictive text wrote "how do you deal with bouncing boys?" blink.gif

Oh do tell! That describes my younger son completely. We called him tigger when he was younger!

Take him trampolining?

Bungee trampolining? - he lasted five times longer than any of the other kids.

Oh and to keep it relevant, he's going to start violin lessons next week, so he'll have to contend with bouncing bows too!

Predictive text brings up some hilarious ones.

I sent " Gone to buy food" to my husband and predictive text turned it into "Gone to buy drugs" unsure.gif

Yes indeed, sending a text to my husband of 'Just leaving' - to indicate I was on the way home, I got as far as l-e-a and it decided what I wanted to send was 'Just lesbian'...I thought it was quite funny!
