Also, I'm just about to start work on the running order, so please can I have definite choices of pieces, and confirmation of how many ensembles will be happening.

Yes it was a very enjoyable day, thank you to Katyjay and team, a well organised and sociable time was definitely had.
I was accompanied by Matthew who was brilliant and really made the piece complete. Not many strings this year but the Sax and Woodwind ensembles were very entertaining. Also the Ukulele, voice and recorder rendition of 'Stairway to Heaven' was amazing. Where else could you hear works from Haydn and Mozart to Jimmy Page and Robert Plant! Thank you to everyone for my lovely comments and good company at the meal afterwards, lovely to see Daisychain and her Mum again and many other familiar faces.
Hopefully see you all next year if not before.

Yes- another very enjoyable event. Everyone performed very well, and it's lovely to see how much people are progressing. Thanks to Katyjay and her team of helpers. Many thanks to Gedall40 for another well played accompaniment to my singing. I had some very supportive comments in my envelope- thank you everyone.
It was lovely to catch up with friends old and new but especially to see (and hear!) Matthew again.
Hoping to make it up to Stalybridge this year too, so see you there all being well.
