Paul Rodgers, Roger Chapman (both terrific singers) and Suzi Quatro - she's grerat on Radio 2.
Do we have to add what we would have to eat - does the food have to link in ?

So to eat I'd start with Confit of duck, then a slow roasted lamb shank with a rosemary flavoured gravy, maybe Creme Brulee as a dessert.

Stevie Nicks, Philip Glass and...oh...erm...I know, Hugh Laurie (hey, he plays in a band, so I'm going to count him as a musician!)
I have no idea what we'd eat, it'd probably involve yorkshire pudding at some point, pancakes at another, and there would have to be chocolate.

You need to make a foursome so you need another female!
(PS I am driving to B. Stortford this afternoon, my daughter lives in Thorley Park, hope the weather is better than it is here!)

Oh, I thought I was the fourth person, i.e. three guests. And as I'm female I invite 1 other female (Stevie - ah, did you think she was male?) and two males (Philip and Hugh).
I do honestly really like Philip Glass' music. I've not done any of the opera stuff yet - opera in general is not really my bag - but the symphonies, string quartets, soundtracks, etc I do like.

Well, if I was going folk-y, it would have to be Anna Esslemont, Cormac Byrne and Seth Lakeman - all amazing folk musicians who I think I could learn alot from and would be interesting to talk to. Anna Esslemont is also one of my all-time heros.
