I’m getting through my Portfolio slowly but surely, but I’m wondering to what extent/detail do I have to cover each week? I can write a lot about how lessons went but am not so good at writing up the plans. Does anybody know what format/structure does the lesson plan need to be? Also, how much emphasis is put on them? I’m confident that I can analyse lessons and plan in advance, but I’m always flexible as I know lessons don’t always go as planned and can go in an unexpected direction. This is why I would almost give the same importance to analysis as planning. My version of planning ahead before I started the Portfolio was to make a list of what I need to cover in the next lesson, any research I need to do and material to find. I wonder would a detailed version of this be enough?
Any advice would be deeply appreciated!

Hello If you are talking about the LRSM teaching diploma then there is no need for lesson plans but 3 case studies. If you can clarify the diploma you are doing I will try and help further.
