I was interested in doing a piano trio with anyone who fancies - perhaps with cello & violin or clarinet instead of the violin etc. Not sure about the levels of difficulty of such repertoire but would be happy to look into it if anyone was interested...
Skylark - can my piece be 4.5 mins?

I'd be interested in this with my clarinet smile.gif

I am sending off my application form today. I haven't included Music Stand, as he has a lot of GCSE exams in the week after the concert. However, would it be OK for him to turn up and play something if he is well ahead with his revision?

I will be playing a Beethoven Bagatelle that lasts 3 minutes 9 seconds. Since I am not playing any duets and am not in any ensembles or accompanying anyone, would it be all right if I also play Jazz Exercise No 2, by Oscar Peterson, which only lasts 1 minute 15 seconds? My programme would still be under the alloted time of 5 minutes.

Seeing as people are not applying for as many duets/ensembles as last time, I'll try and accommodate a little bit of leeway with the solo slot times (and this applies to everybody), but please keep it as near to 5 minutes as possible.

I'll email you about Music Stand smile.gif

I have just clicked on, downloaded and printed the form OK with no problems (Windows XP, IE8, virus checker and MSE on).

I wish I knew what I was going to play, though wacko.gif

I'm on Windows Vista. I seem to have had problems since I changed IP to Google Chrome. I might change back to Internet Explorer to see if this makes a difference. blink.gif

Thanks skyers. x smile.gif

I'd be interested in a strings ensemble smile.gif (Actually, both - I could borrow a recorder from mwl1)

Only just looked at this thread - just in time to meet the deadline fortunately! biggrin.gif I'd like to come and mainly watch, but take part in the finale if that's ok. Would possibly be interested in any string/recorder ensembles too (as long as there are some easy parts - I'm rather rusty wacko.gif)!
