Sort of.
You usually need to let the organiser know what you'll be playing so it can go on the programme.
The mornings are taken up with rehearsing and socialising. As well as the organised ensembles rehearsing (always something that can be put together in about half an hour) people can generally have try out of the piano and have a short rehearsal with their accompanist.
If you want to play a solo accompanied piece you will be allocated an accompanist and will need to send off the music as soon as possible. Usually this is about a month before the concert. You can play with an accompanist you already know if they want to come along.
It's usually quite relaxed and friendly. Just friends sharing music.

Glee is an American TV show full of cheesy pop numbers. One or two of which will be chosen and performed. I might dress up biggrin.gif

That's about the sum of it. smile.gif The ensembles for this event consist of an orchestral finale (which will be the theme from 'Thunderbirds' ), a tribute to American TV show 'Glee', and a jazz improvisation class/performance, which I'll tailor to the standards of the people I have. All three should be fun! biggrin.gif
