Hi all,

I've been playing classical guitar for about two and a half years and just about to launch into my grade 4. Whilst I feel fairly confident its good to share other people's views and suggestions, things like help with the aural tests, sight reading etc.

This site has some great info, not just in this section but throughout, does anybody know of a similar forum for Trinity candidates or any other links which may help me?

Many thx.

Also, does anybody know of a good site for help with recognising time signatures and cadences etc?

I would recommand the "Frist step in Music Thoery" or AB guide to music thoery. part I which are published by ABRSM. Both of them is for grade 1-5 music thoery and will suite you well for elementary music theory. The first step.... one is written in concised form and orangized in grade by grade manner. The AB guide.... is orangized in topics. May be the AB guide will better suite to adult learner since they want deeper understanding.
