I've seen a few mentions of the new syllabus so I thought this might be of interest to somebody - it's from a leaflet I saw in Banks Music Shop in York:

Banks of York are holding a workshop on the new ABRSM songbook series on Tuesday 11 November 7-9pm. Ross Campbell, co-compiler of the ABRSM Songbook is attending. "An excellent opportunity for singing teachers to familiarise themselves with this important new publication and to ask questions about the new singing syllabus." There's no mention of a charge.

Banks' phone number to register for the workshop is 01904 658836. They have an email address as well, but are we not supposed to post email addresses unsure.gif

No; it's just that Ann and I were at the seminar in Cardiff on the new syllabus.

Incidentally, David, I was contacted recently by our local Honorary Representative for feedback on the Cardiff seminar. So I let her have it. excl.gif She said she had had many similar comments and would be taking it further. smile.gif
