Hi,

I've just started looking at this sonata, its gorgeous, but the opening chord is a 10th which I can't stretch comfortably and usually roll, but it then goes off at a rate on knots so its not really appropriate.

Has anyone else studied this and how did you cope with it?

well i havent played that piece, but i have had a similar problem, so i split the cord!
