Lizzy violin
I know this is a long shot but does anyone own an accoustic violin made by Bridge?

I bought an electric one off them a few months ago and I love it. I especially like the finger board and it means I don't play my hand-me down accoustic as much as I should.

They sell accoustic violins at about the price I want to pay but was wondering if anyone knows if they're any good. They're about the £900 mark. I was willing to pay about £1000 to get a violin to take me through to grade 8 (if I ever get there).

I know the best advice is to go and try out some violins but I really like this company's style, they look a bit different and as they are sold on the internet can't just go and try one out easily.

Let me know what your thoughts are.

A couple of pupils have used them, and, like you, I like their style and musician-centred approach. Great setups and aftersales, good value for money.
