Does anyone else suffer from fingers swollen by a combination of high humidity, low pressure and gardening? None of my usual warms ups (scales, Hanon) seem to shift it.

My hands and fingers can feel quite tight in hot, humid weather.
They get pretty bad if I walk any distance particularly when it's hot and humid.
I sometimes need to run them under cold water when I get to my lesson as it's a 40 minute walk.

My OH has the same problem at times. It often seems to be connected with hot, humid weather.

It's not often down to gardening, however and he doesn't play keyboard very often.
