I want to complete the grade 8 theory exam. But I don't have time and money to get a tutor.

So what is the best way to learn flute by self-learning?

I completed A-Level Music many many years....
hello_cello
Which do you want to learn, flute or theory?

if theory, the Music Theory in Practice books are good, the AB guide to must theory both books, anna buttworths harmony in practice, Take 5 a Pass first time, ABC of harmony (books a,b,c) and past papers are invaluble. I dont have a teacher, but i am using the Music theory in practice books, im getting along fine. Theres also sheets printable from the tinternetting

I see what you mean. I got theory in practices from 6-8 and also the theory workbook. However, I don't seem to be very good at correcting my own harmony homework. Especially when I am doing harmonisation and stuff like that....

are you in school still?
how about showing it to you music teacher?
or maybe show a theory or instrument teacher, see if they know?
