If you were going to give a 15 minute (including breaks) recital on violin, and the pieces had to demonstrate a level of Grade 6 or above, (with just over a month to prepare...) what would you contemplate playing?

Grade 6 recital of around 15 mins? I think you cannot go far wrong with the Dvorak Sonatina in G. Popular, playable, and not too long. You then have an easy choice of either adding a Baroque, Classical or contemporary piece(s) to contrast with it.
