Full Version: Simple To Compound Time.

Well I think I have finally sussed out rewriting simple time to compound time, remembering to add dots and changing triplets My other concern was the melodic intervals, I could work out intervals easily enough but not working out what type, that too seems to have come together. My rhythms also are now good and even managed to put the rhythm to words, all this has happened in a week. My teacher said that both rhythm types were very good so she couldn't recommend which way would be the best way for me to go, she did say however, don't do both as the examiner will only look at the first one.

I am now feeling with hope that maybe I won't just get a pass but maybe a distinction or a merit at the very least - fingers crossed.

Has everyone got their exam details through now? My exam is 5.00pm, is that the same time nationally?
