Shout for joy, clap my hands - I'd do a handstand if I was younger!!

At my piano lesson today my teacher said that the Allemande I have been working on for WEEKS is now to performance standard! Quickly qualified by saying a supportive audience of friends rather than Joe Public but that is never mind. This is the first time I have had such a comment since I started lessons again, in May of last year.

I am delighted

Maybe I'll consider the next adult learners concert.

Yes, I rejoice with you too. Comments like that lift you and rejuvenate the soul. Don't they! Never mind the handstands; it will be cartwheels and pirouettes by the cart-load after you get a few more ego-boosts!
