As said in the title... how do you fit on the roth sihon violin mute

(this mute is the one with the rubber tubing......

Put the two hook bits (that stick out) between the two middle strings and the two outer strings. You have to squeeze the two middle strings inwards a little as you do it, but it won't do any harm. Then you can slide the mute up the strings and afix it above the bridge, and slide it back towards the tailpiece when you're not using it.
