Has anyone heard of him?

Not heard of David Barnard - sorry sad.gif
I've sat in on a masterclass with Ian Clarke (one of his flute days) and it was v. good. Impressed with the standard of the playing and he talked alot of sense too! smile.gif
I had the opportunity to play 'Hypnosis' written by Ian, with his accompanist.....very good and v. helpful biggrin.gif (not in the masterclass, seperate thing).
I learnt alot on this day and it was a new experience for me.

The final concert was great!

I did a report on one I attended a month or two back, with pianist Stephen Hough if you can refer back to it.

Its a sort of public lesson where someone famous (on whatever instrument) takes 3 or 4 students though a lesson on a work they have benn studying. Usually with a small audience, and often at a Music school or college. As mentioned in my earlier post the Stephen Hough one was a public one, and about 100-a!0 audience were present
