Violin concerto = difficult , but I can play it(Somewhat. My playing a open A while moving the fingers on the D string is bad), = it's not that difficult.

I don't know, but do remember that it's about how well you play it as well as "being able to play the notes" 
so finding out what grade it is will only tell you so much.

It's about Grade 4 to Grade 5.
You can play it all in 1st position but there are some BUSY moments and some good places to show off vibrato....
