Do you have lessons? If yes, why don't you ask your teacher?

It all depends what your budget is...
Are you looking to spend:
< £100
£101 - £250
£251 - £450
£451 - £800
£801 - £1000
> £1000
???
Once I know that it'll be much easier to offer some advice!

Then you wanna look at Highwood - a custom drum company in Yorkshire...
Most people associate custom kits with huge expensive, but a Highwood VGB kit is only around £850 - talk to Gareth and Simon at Highwood and see what they can do... They're really great guys - helpful, friendly and know their stuff!
You'll end up with a kit that is built to your specifications, that is truly unique to you...
(Only problem with custom kits is resale value generally isn't as good...)
If you wanna get a "normal" brand shell-pack, the Premier Artist is a good one to go for, and you'll be left with a lovely kit and some cash left over... For cymbals, ofc!!
