Hey, i'm sure many of you violinists know some great music and i want some help. I was wanting a piece of music which is very melodious in the sense that it has a contemporary, energetic melody which sounds great. But one that maybe shows of some virtuistic qualitites.

So, basically, my reportoire of contemporary music isn't as good as some of you lot. Therefore please could you state some pieces which sound really amazing. Please try mentioning whether they're in a major key because i prefer it - always sound so much more happier and energetic.

Do you know when you just see yourself playing really impressive, yet beautiful music - well i want a piece of music which is like that. If anyone knows of any, just reply to this topic.

I will probably eventually compose my own music like that i have mentioned at some point. But any composer names and names of pieces would be great.
